Orders for in-stock items located in our Australian warehouse, placed before 12 PM (AWST), are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

We offer complimentary express delivery via Australia Post for all Australian orders.
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

For items not available in our Australian warehouse, please refer to the international shipping section below.

International Shipping 

📦 Processing Time
Orders are shipped from our studio in Turkey within 1–2 business days. Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a DHL Express tracking number.

💨 Fast Express Shipping
We only use DHL Express, ensuring secure and fast delivery

💰 Flat Rate Shipping
All international orders ship for a flat rate of $15 AUD.

⚠️ Duties & Taxes

We proudly ship worldwide and love seeing our products land in homes across the globe.

At this stage, all international duties, VAT, and customs taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs authority.

If you’re in the European Union, UK, or other VAT-applying regions, your courier (typically DHL Express) will contact you directly with payment instructions for any applicable fees before your parcel is delivered.

TARIFF CHARGES

In some countries, additional tariff or handling fees may be applied by the courier. These are also payable by the customer upon arrival of the parcel.

REJECTED/REFUSED PARCELS

If a parcel is refused or rejected due to unpaid duties or taxes, a $40 AUD return fee (to cover international return shipping) will be deducted from your refund once the parcel is returned to us.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If you're placing a new exchange order from outside of Australia, please note that duties and taxes may apply again. We kindly ask you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
